How do I know when to stop eating meat and potatoes?
The UK’s food and farming policy is based on what is called the ‘British model’ and the policy is often criticised for being ‘soft’ and ‘liberal’.

“We’re eating more meat in the UK than in any other country,” Fogg said.
“In fact, we are eating more red meat than the US and in the past we’ve eaten more chicken, fish, red meat, lamb and pork in the same year than we did in the previous year.”

“I think there is still a good starting point, and I think it would be a shame to see the British Model go away, but I think we can learn a lot from other nations,” he concluded.
